「法人理念」についての研修

特定技能の４名も、勤務を開始し２か月が経過しました。

この日は「法人理念」について研修を行いました。

・「基本的人権の尊重」「利用者の立場に立って」という法人の基本理念

・「職員心得」「恕の心」

・なぜ創設者がこの施設を始めたのか･･･。

・創設者が書いた本「花時計は見ている」内のエピソード

・３Ｈ（頭：Head　心：Heart　手：Hand）でどんなケアをすべきか？

上記について金子一美（東松山ホーム元施設長）が昔のエピソードも加えながら説明してくれました。

金子理事長からは「両親や祖父母をお世話する時のように、または自分の両親や祖父母が施設でしてもらいたい介護を心掛ければ間違い無いんだよ･･･。」という言葉もありました。

日常の業務をただこなすのではなく、どんな気持ちで、何を考えてケアをするべきなのか･･･という一番大切な事を考えることが出来た研修となりました。

THE STUDY ABOUT “CORPORATION IDEA”

2 months have passed since 4 Specified Skilled Workers start to work.

On the day of 11th June we had the special study about “Corporation Idea”.

*”Respect for basic human rights” “From the standpoint of customers”-Corporation basic idea

*”Staff’s mind” “The heart of JO ( JO is the Confucius word)

* The reason why Ms Teru Kaneko founded this facility

* The episode in the book “Hanadokei” written by the founder

* What care should we do with 3H( Head, Heart, Hand)?

Ms Kazumi Kaneko(former facility manager) explained the above with old episodes.

Mr.Kaneko, the chairman said “It’s no problem if you care customers like your parents or grandmother & grandfather, or you do the service which you want them to be cared.”

It was very important study for us to learn what we should think and care, not only just do daily work.
